Margot has over 25 years of accounting experience in nonfiction production finance. Her company, Prod Co Accountants, provides Production and Corporate accounting services to production companies nationwide.

Michelle is the Founder and Executive Director of Women in Nonfiction. In addition, she currently serves as Interim General Manager and Head of Policy and Development for NPACT, the trade association for nonfiction production companies. A veteran television production executive, Michelle was co-principal and executive producer at Film Garden Entertainment in Los Angeles for 20 years, where she oversaw all business, production and daily operations of the prolific production company and served as executive producer on over 2000 episodes of content. She also founded and serves as Executive Director of the Youth Orchestra Project, a non-profit organization that provides classical music education, instruction and performance opportunities to young people.
