WiN has partnered with Staff Me Up on a Diversity and Inclusion initiative to expand media companies’ awareness of and access to talent outside of their standard hiring networks. Jobs posted on Staff Me Up will be distributed to partner diversity advocacy organizations, including WiN, and applications can be reviewed based on organization affiliation, assisting employers in interviewing and hiring from a more diverse pool of candidates.
WiN members – be sure to add your WiN affiliation to your Staff Me Up profile to be included in this initiative!
It’s easy to do:
- Log in to Staff Me Up
- Click on your avatar in the top navigation, and click on “Edit My Profile”
- Scroll down to “Affiliations”
- Type “Women in…” and Women In Nonfiction will appear in a drop-down menu. Select it.
- That’s it!
